How you will contribute to our magical experience: The Business Intelligence Partner Analytics will be responsible for:
Data curation, understanding of KPIs, summarizing data sources, and developing reports and dashboards to provide perspectives and recommendations.Measure performance and report business outcomes on a weekly or monthly basis with the most relevant KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.Create analysis with meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, improve conversion, and reduce churn.Partner with key internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to support their needs on a daily basis.Run ad-hoc analysis around the main variables from the Streaming business, identifying opportunities for improvements in acquisition, retention, and engagement by leveraging SQL consoles.Manage multiple databases in an efficient way.What we need from you to be part of this story: At least 2 years of previous work experience.Preferred Industries: Entertainment and fintech.Advanced level of English.Technical expertise: Advanced level in SQL.Experience in data visualization tools.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and well-developed skills.Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.Highly organized and efficient.
