Responsibilities The Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the local product portfolio implementation, reviewing solution and technical design, code, testing, training, and move to production, and providing feedback to the developers and vendors. This role ensures the highest quality of code, programs, and adherence to standards, timeline, and budgets under SAFE methodology.
The candidate must be familiar with all the policies, procedures, and technical issues related to software implementation, security standards, and must follow the PepsiCo IT project methodology.
Design Value Delivery and Product Roadmap for OUs local solutions including roadmap definition, incremental value objectives, and realization milestones.
Your Impact:
Defining and communicating project objectives that are clear, useful, and attainable.Investment, corporate agreement, and funding & Resource estimate and validate technical design.Procuring the project requirements like workforce, required information, various agreements, and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives.Specify the deliverables and quality required.Implementation of roll out and hypercare plan on to the project.Risk, issue assessments, and changes in the project.Monitoring & Vendor management. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
Licenciatura en Informática o afines (Requerido).Experiencia en implementación de proyectos IT (Requerido).Experiencia en proyectos de tecnología (Requerido).Conocimiento en SAP (ideal, sería un plus).Project methods and tools experience.Safe Agile certification is a plus.Expertise leading teams.Managing audience.Training skills.Knowledge of finance, legal & human resources processes.Strong PIDM methodology knowledge.Technical knowledge in ERP's (SAP is a plus) with focus for Commercial and Supply Chain modules.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
