After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). RESPONSABILIDADES Gestión integral de nómina. Emisión de reportes. Gestión de los procesos de Post Payroll: Contabilidad, Seguridad Social e Impuestos, entre otros. Análisis de Convenios Colectivos. REQUISITOS Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de Contador Público, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo o carreras afines. E xperiencia en Convenios UOM / Smata / Fatsa – APM (deseable) Conomimientos en Seguridad social - LSD – Libro ley – análisis asientos contables y ganancias Experiencia mínima comprobable de 3 años trabajando en posiciones similares. Manejo de herramientas de gestión de nóminas. Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas. HABILIDADES Y COMPETENCIAS Proactividad. Expectativa de desarrollo. Habilidades de comunicación, análisis y vocación de servicio.
