The Position

As Order Management Analyst, you are a member of Supply Chain Team reporting to the Affiliate Order Management Lead. Your focus is to ensure the processes of ordering, invoicing and delivery to End Customer within the local affiliate.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Create sales orders and follow up on them,
verifying changes in the price list and notifying the commercial team of their status. Ensure the ordering process in time, according to Customer commitments.
- Control and assign stock to cover demand, according to the needs of the customers. Maintain fluid communication with the supply chain and sales team.
- Maintain contact with clients, both attending inquiries and claims, as well as making quotes and managing bids.
- Short shelf life return management. Prepare debit and credit notes, analyzing the reasons for them. Request the necessary approvals.
- Prepare weekly reports on claims, sales analysis and invoiced orders.
- Provide support in the tender management process. Ensure to deliver the offers in time, aligning with Commercial organization.
- Create new customers, being the owner of the process ensuring all the documentation and approvals required.
- Key User SAP. Daily Reconciliation of SAP Interfaces. Conflict Resolution (locked idocs, inconsistent information, etc). Link with Tech Mahindra and Sovos.
- Facilitate a seamless exchange of information among Finance, Commercial, Supply,
and our customers to enhance operational efficiency and deliver excellent service.
- Support and work closely with the Accounts Receivable team.
- Working in projects using agile and lean methodology. Be involved in any current or future project looking for efficiencies and simplification.

You are a graduate in economics or finance and you bring 2+ years of professional experience in finance teams.

- Solid SAP Knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity that is inspirational to others.
- Have continuous improvement mentality and can act as change agent.
- Good interpersonal skills and appreciation of diversity.
- Competent at using all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
- Experience working with the Google suite of programs.
- Business Acumen, especially O2C process E2E.
