Helmerich & Payne is seeking a Commercial Account Analyst for its offices in Martinez, Buenos Aires.
Main Responsibilities:Analyze the current contractual documentation to prepare detailed reports and propose necessary actions to ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable legislation.Provide analysis and comprehensive support in bidding and contracting processes, ensuring adherence to payment conditions, contractual specifications, and internal policies.Ensure compliance with all contract components, monitoring execution and taking corrective measures as needed to ensure satisfaction of all parties involved.Provide support and advice to management and various sectors of the company on commercial matters and other requests, interpreting and applying current legal regulations to ensure compliance with internal processes and relevant regulations.Maintain fluid communication with external law firms regarding commercial and civil matters.Coordinate with notaries for the certification of documentation required by H&P Argentina, facilitating necessary administrative processes.Understand and comply with all H&P Argentina policies, including FCPA and Export Compliance.Preferred qualifications include advanced students in the fields of Business Administration, Law, or Marketing.
Required: 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English is necessary.
