Department Overview The Alternate Sales Department creates, promotes, and steers the performance of several sales channels, which support the overall sales target.
In addition, this Department creates all of the programs and oversees the payments to our dealer partners.
Job Overview Embark on a dynamic role, delving into the intricacies of fleet sales to emerge as a subject matter expert.
Focused on identifying sales opportunities within specific channels, which will contribute to cost-effective strategies yielding positive returns on investment.

Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on competitors in the fleet industry, focusing specifically on Mercedes-Benz passenger car competitors, providing valuable insights into market trends, strengths, and weaknesses.Organize and actively participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at identifying innovative opportunities to boost sales for the Mercedes-Benz passenger car fleet team, fostering a collaborative and strategic approach to business development.Take charge of crafting professional customer presentations, meticulously presenting product offerings, and compellingly selling the customer on the brand, ensuring a polished and persuasive representation of Mercedes-Benz within the fleet industry.Develop an Alternate Sales strategy presentation, articulating the department's direction for internal stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic initiatives, objectives, and anticipated outcomes, contributing to cohesive alignment within the organization.Engage in continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, and applying newfound knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of research, presentations, and strategic planning within the Mercedes-Benz Alternate Sales team.Qualifications / Education: To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a preferred concentration of study in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
