Buildrz is a digital company that transforms the housing creation chain to build more, better, faster, and cheaper.
It supports the major players in the sector (real estate funds, developers, architects, social housing operators, and public services) in their core business: building housing.
We are looking for an Algorithmics Engineer to strengthen the algorithmic and R&D team responsible for the AIs and 3D computations.
We currently work on these projects: Re-architect the AI to support new types of buildings (beyond just housing) Integrate structural constraints coming from new ecological building methods Improve the performance of quantitative optimization on large plots Continue our data-driven approach to develop our internal tools and improve the performance of the algorithm Depending on your skills and your wishes, you can also get involved in our explorations around LLMs usage for zoning code extraction or 3D UIs and much more.
Our tech stack: Typescript, Node.js, Python 3, Django, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes for the backend, React, Three.js for the frontend.

This full-time, permanent position is available to candidates based in Europe with a higher preference for those based in France.
While we support remote working, we do appreciate occasional visits to our office in Paris.
