The role: The Agile Coach Ssr. plays a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams towards agile excellence, facilitating continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile Transformation: Encourage the adoption and execution of agile practices in different teams. Provide training and guidance to teams on agile methodologies. Team Collaboration: Provide mentoring and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and work quality, identifying improvement opportunities. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, business needs, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Communication: Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and relevant stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proactive and business-oriented approach. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred requirements: Certifications: Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Product Owner, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are a plus. Agile Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with agile collaboration tools and platforms, enhancing the ability to support teams in optimizing their workflow. Experience with Agile Metrics: Experience in utilizing and interpreting agile metrics to drive data-driven improvements and insights. Involvement in Agile Community: Active involvement in the agile community through participation in conferences, meetups, or contributions to agile-related publications.
