The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience in UX/UI, proficiency in Figma and user testing tools, and excellent communication skills for collaborating closely with developers. ABOUT THE ROLE App Audits UX Improvements (crucial)
- Conduct app audits to identify UX/UI improvement areas and optimize user journeys.
- Share findings and actionable recommendations with product and development teams.Detailed Design Documentation
- Create annotated Figma files for features and releases, detailing user flows and interactions.
- Maintain accurate design documentation to ensure continuity in product updates.Design System Development
- Build and manage a cohesive design system, including colours, typography, icons, and components.
- Regularly audit and update the design system for consistency across features.
- Provide developers with detailed UX specs and assets for smooth handoffs.
- Support QA by reviewing implemented designs for accuracy and resolving design questions.User Testing Client Feedback Collection
- Conduct 5-10 user testing sessions or client interviews monthly to gather insights.
