Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead to spearhead our business automation initiatives, focusing on driving efficiency, scalability, and quality in operations.
The RPA Lead will work closely with both business and IT teams to design, implement, and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath. This role requires expertise in After-sales business process, process automation and hands-on project management, ensuring successful project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES You will need to:
Lead the RPA project using Power Automate and UiPath to deliver high-impact automation solutions for business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize processes suitable for automation. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop automation roadmaps that align with organizational goals. Ensure quality and stability of RPA solutions by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with business teams. Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams, facilitating clear and timely communication. Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure stakeholders are well-informed of project status, milestones, and outcomes. Work effectively with diverse teams to support implementation of recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues. Implement Agile methodologies where suitable to optimize project workflow and enhance team collaboration. Ensure RPA initiatives are compliant with regulatory and security guidelines, working with IT and compliance teams as necessary. Qualifications Engineering graduate with 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years focused on RPA projects. Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and knowledge of automation frameworks. Excellent skills in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
