The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, a solid understanding of advertising strategies, and a willingness to adapt to new tools and trends in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH READING & WRITING Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platformsUse marketing tools to track performance and improve campaign results.Research target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.Search and find affiliate partnersAnalyze data and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics (KPIs).Build and maintain relationships with advertising sales reps and negotiate ad placements.Ensure all advertising materials maintain brand consistency and quality.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in advertising or digital marketing a plusKnowledge of lead generation and performance marketing metrics.Proficiency in tools like digital advertising platforms.Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Experience with print advertising is a plus but not required.This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to building effective advertising campaigns.
