Your key responsibilitiesFirst point of contact for the client and collaborating teamsWork assignment and changes of scopeBackup structure formationEscalations managementPreparing working models / reviewing SLAsRunning regular interlocks meetings with stakeholders and all collaborating teamsReporting on KPI and SLA'sBeing involved in the planning process for next stages of the processRegular introduction of new tools, solutions, technologies, changes and modifications of the processStrategical and operational advisor for stakeholdersBusiness related queries - SPOC for stakeholders and GDS managementLEAD – discussing career path and growth, planning learning pathsOvertime & leaves approvalsResources management (recruitment process, extending offers, signing contracts, onboarding)Counseling, coaching, mentoringAdministrative responsibility for people employed in GDS team – invoicing, budgeting, reportingEA duties for assigned PPEDD portfolioTo qualify for the role, you must have:+7 years of relative experience (mandatory)Advanced English skills: written and oral communication (mandatory)Excellent organizational skills.Customer oriented mindset.Flexibility to work in the CST/EST timezone.
