Your key responsibilities First point of contact for the client and collaborating teams Work assignment and changes of scope Backup structure formation Escalations management Preparing working models / reviewing SLAs Running regular interlocks meetings with stakeholders and all collaborating teams Reporting on KPI and SLA's Being involved in the planning process for next stages of the process Regular introduction of new tools, solutions, technologies, changes and modifications of the process Strategical and operational advisor for stakeholders Business related queries - SPOC for stakeholders and GDS management People management LEAD – discussing carrier path and grow, planning learning paths 1-1 meetings & team meetings Overtime & leaves approvals Resources management (recruitment process, extending offers, signing contracts, onboarding) Counseling, coaching, mentoring Administrative responsibility for people employed in GDS team – invoicing, budgeting, reporting EA duties for assigned PPEDD portfolio To qualify for the role, you must have: +7 years of relative experience. Advanced English skills: written and oral communication. Excellent organizational skills. Customer oriented mindset. Attention to details. Flexibility to work in the US timezone
Location: Buenos Aires/Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina
Ideally, you'll also have Professional experience in administrative tasks. Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
