About Us: CRB Consultants is a credit repair company that focuses making sure that consumers receive the best service when working on improving the health of their credit reports while repairing and re-establishing their credit.
We work to improve our clients credit reports so that those initial Denials prior to repairing and rebuilding their credit can turn into Approvals after weve worked diligently to repair their credit.

Were looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations.

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting department needs, and assisting with special projects.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed Support department heads with daily administrative tasks Assist with project management and maintain task lists for team members Conduct basic research and data entry as requested Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting preferred Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Why Join Us?
