This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. About the role:
Reporting to a very supportive Financial Controller, you will support the Accounts team and other departmental managers in all aspects of dealership administration.
Preparation of the daily banking and allocation of fundsPreparing weekly and monthly debtor reportsAccount reconciliations and schedulesProcessing vehicle registrations and TransfersDeal processing and Vehicle costingsPreparing all documentation for delivery of New/Pre-Owned vehiclesMaintaining recordsProcessing and authorising supplier invoices and paymentsEnsuring all paperwork is signed and compliant.Plus, other industry admin tasks (training provided) About you: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a dealership environmentAlso suited to candidates with dealership experience seeking to transfer their skills from other departments (training provided)Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersAutonomous role: We like you to work independently and get the job doneProficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of dealership management systems (ERA) is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrityA friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer serviceApplicants must hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
