Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise) Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and segmentation to inform strategies. Define content buckets and develop platform-specific content plans for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Write compelling copy for social posts and collaborate with designers on visual assets. Schedule, optimize, and publish content across social platforms using tools like META Business Manager. Manage ad spend budgets and run multi-channel ad campaigns (paid and organic) for different funnel stages. Track and report KPIs, optimizing campaigns based on performance. Provide strategic recommendations to improve social media, website, and e-commerce efforts (e.g., Shopify promotions). Create and present monthly reports summarizing performance, insights, and next steps. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, META Business Manager, Shopify and Mailchimp to track and enhance performance. Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring compliance with rules and maximizing campaign impact. Qualifications: Experience in ad buying and social media management across various brands and industries. Proficiency in META Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of e-commerce, audience segmentation, and content strategy. Experience with influencer management is a plus. Duties: Engage with clients to understand unique needs and preferences. Take an active role in developing media plans for clients that support their overall digital marketing program. Conduct research and analysis to identify new targeting options and strategic direction on a media mix based on the best interests of TOP Clients. Identify appropriate digital media platforms and channels to leverage for Nebo clients including, but not limited to, programmatic, native, video, rich media, and more. Prepare media plan presentations with strategy, targeting, and placement recommendations. Track performance and optimize campaigns with respect to pacing, audience engagement, landing page and creative testing, placement performance, and more.
