Responsibilities Support the team leader with team coordination activitiesResponsible for high complexity processes and customers and for bad debt processes and legal activitiesResponsible for continuous improvement activities and automation of processesSupports leadership team and business partners with reporting activitiesAssist team leader with Audit coordination processes and resolving external and internal audit findings. Maintain the interface to the Business Unit Controlling network and Business contactsMaintain accurate financial records or account books, for example a creditors and debtors ledger, and sales, purchase, and cash journalsClassify, code and record financial transactions and post entries to the general ledgerCheck balance statements and other information provided by financial institutionsVerify and process accounts receivable and other financial transactions such as bank depositsPerform quality checks and secure accounting process delivery as defined in framework agreements and/or Service Level AgreementsFollow accounting standards and other Essity policies such as internal controls and legal regulationsAnswer incoming questions and assist employees, managers, and other Finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and completeContribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organizationExperience & Competencies Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or equivalentMinimum 4 years' experience in an accounts receivable rolePreferred system experience – SAP (R/3 and S/4), Electronic Banking Software tools and Office 365Basic leadership and coordination skills is an advantageExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMust be strategically agile in understanding business components and how they fit togetherDelivers with quality and speed and be flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methodsEmbrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment.English and/or local language skills requiredWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
