Accounts Payable Analyst, your future role? As part of Givaudan's Global Business Services and reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will manage our suppliers accounts, ensuring that the processes involved comply with the standards and procedures established by our organization, responding promptly to its needs.
You will work under a hybrid working model, 4 days from home and 1 day a week at our offices located in Martinez, Buenos Aires Province.
Your main responsibilities will be: Perform parking and posting of invoices for raw materials, goods and services and freight, with manual or electronic purchase orders.Prepare letters to be sent to the Banks for approval as part of the payment process to suppliers outside Argentina (under BCRA regulations).Follow up on the letters and ensure that everything is reported to the main partners.Provide support to external or internal suppliers by phone or email.Archive and order of digital documentation.Accomplish the corresponding preventive and corrective controls according to the ICONS matrix.You If you are someone who wants to shape your own world, who excels being in a culture where you can express yourself in a creative team environment, who wants to collaborate and learn together with teams who are as passionate as you are, then join us – and improve your world.
