Overview IMPORTANT NOTE: Please, send your CV in English, otherwise your application will not be consideredFrost & Sullivan is currently seeking an "Accounting Senior Analyst", a successful candidate will be committed to offer the highest level of support to encourage an efficient and productive work environment by being in charge of different tasks related to regional payroll and administration.
This full-time position will report to the Administrative and Finance Manager of Latin America, located in Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities • Detailed review of monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy for the LATAM region• Coordination of annual closing and external audits• Regional cashflow management• Control of monthly tax filings• Control and supervision of Accounts payable• Responsible of local invoicing and collections, and provide support to sales team across the region• Assist the different legal, tax, audit, accounting and payroll service suppliers within the region• Relationship with Banks and brokers • Participate in ensuring regional tax and legal compliance• Control of the different variety of regional reports, on a weekly and monthly basis• Provide support to local Accounting and Administrative team and North America accounting department• Assist regional Manager• Participate in other special projects in the area(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Qualifications • National Public accountant • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferable at international companies and/or prestigious audit firms• Advanced English skills (speaking, writing and listening) is mandatory.
Portuguese a plus.• Customer and service orientation.• Attention to details and very well organized.• Excellent communication skills, capable to work with different cultures and working styles.
• Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel.• Well-organized and detail-oriented• Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision•Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines• Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards• Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
