Your key responsibilities We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the project management role and has proven experience of creating and leading a team of high performing project management professionals.
Implementation phase : Post the awarding of the contract to EY, there is a detailed project phase where the GCR business model needs to be implemented across the countries in scope. This involves extensive collaboration with EY professionals across various functions and countries, local client entities, central client team and possibly 3rd party service providers. Main tasks for the PMO Manager in this phase would include:
Implementation Planning and relationship management Knowledge transfer Cotracting Issue and risk tracking and reporting Service delivery phase: Service Management Change management Billing Management Relationship management Desired skills: Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships across multiple functions and organization levels Good analytical, judgment, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong negotiation and relationship management ability Adept at MS suite with experience in business case & proposal build outs Ability to multi-task across various engagements while retaining relevant insight into individual projects Ability to coach and develop team members to deliver effectively in complex environments Desired experiences: At least 8 years of working with major global corporation (Big 4, Finance shared services etc.) with at least three years in project delivery or engagement/ account management Have formal education in commerce/ finance At least 2 years of client facing experience Knowledgeable in finance processes and be able to deal with large volumes of data Proficient on MS Project/ Word/ Excel/ Power Point PMP or similar project management certification
