The Accounting and Finance Co-Head will be responsible for the preparation of the Financial Statements of the Branch. It will include: valuation and classification according to Accounting rules, controlling accounting, tax settlement, regulatory reporting and vendor´s payment.
She/he will also define and coordinate the preparation of the Business Plan and the Budget of the Branch.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities: Prepare and present Financial Statements to the BCRA and other regulatory bodies. Be responsible for complying regulatory requirements (BCRA, CNV, AFIP, among others). Presentation of Informative Regimens defined by the regulator. Keep local accounting records updated based on IFRS. (Valuation and classification, following regulatory rules). Responsible for tax payments and compliance. Development and monitoring of the annual budget. Participate in the definition of the business plan of the Branch. Responsible for defining and implementing the accounting policies and procedures. Be responsible for coordinating audits carried out by Regulators, Internal and External Auditors. Be the main contact with regulators related to financial topics. Supervise all the activities inherent to the general treasury of the Branch, referring to the administration of income and expenses, transfers and custody of funds and securities. Responsible for payments to suppliers. Key mandatory Requirements: Certified Public Accountant. Seven years or plus of experience as an Accounting Supervisor and/or Senior Auditor, carried out in international Corporate Banks and/or Big Four Co. -Financial Institution Division. Fluid in English (oral and written). Deep knowledge of banking regulations, international and local accounting. Advanced handle of MS Office and database. PLEASE, ATTACH YOUR CV IN ENGLISH.
