Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst for Insurance Carrier. Locations: Argentina, Brasil, Colombia and Mexico. What you will do Account reconciliation preparation State compliance filing submissions to states and specific state organizations. Invoice payment processing requiring SAP and/or other report data, detailed SAP code block entries, and related supporting documentation attachments. Coordinate responding to external and internal audit inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Account reconciliation system administrative and monitoring functions, including coordinating/communicating with the team and various internal departments. Monthly financial statement preparation, interface verifications, prepare documentation to support financial reconciliations by book of business. Collaborate with IT and Business to resolve reconciliation variances. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, Microsoft Outlook.
