Accounting Assistant

Better Bookkeeping is a unique company in the oftentimes bean counter-esque world of tax and bookkeeping. We are first and foremost a software company. Our small and growing team is focused on creating a bookkeeping and tax strategy product that provides our clients targeted information and advice without all the "bells and whistles" they don't need or want.

Our company is an early stage fintech start up with our lead generation coming through Twitter and word of mouth from solopreneurs/founders who are excited about engaging with bookkeeping and tax strategy tech that fits their needs. We've been servicing our clients for the past year and look forward to more success in the coming year.

We're hiring a remote Accounting Assistant with U.S. tax experience. You will be supporting our accounting and tax work led by our U.S. based Tax Manager.

About You Because the team is small, communication is essential. You need to be comfortable with video stand-ups, real-time Slack chats, and dedicated working collaboration hours.

Pay: $993,754.00 - $1,987,508.00 per month

Experience: U.S. Accounting or Tax: 1 year (Preferred)
