Accounting And Finance Expert (F/M/X)

Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Buenos Aires starting on January 2025. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as an Accounting and Finance Expert.
Responsibilities:Daily accounting entries/postingCollecting cash payment to fulfill the debts of customers' overdue invoicesBank payment transactionsMonitoring financial figures and preparing diverse reportsManaging of Accounts payable and accounts receivableHandling petty cash and travel expenses and posting into related accounts and correct cost centerInterface to external payrollFixed asset creation and depreciation postingConducting the monthly closingAssisting audit works, and tax returnLiaising with bank, auditor, tax agent, and legal representativesPreparations for the annual financial statementRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentAt least 3 years of previous experience in accounting in Argentina is mandatoryPreferably experience with SAPStrong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as excellent PC skillsFluency in English, both verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and responsibly within a small teamValid passport and availability to travel to Europe for the initial trainingWe offer you:Anton Paar Argentina offers you a unique and rewarding position within an innovative and growing company.
