Your missionOversee the entire general ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with German GAAPConduct regular account reconciliations and analyses to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of financial dataPrepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with German GAAPMaintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to legal regulations and accounting policiesEnsure that payroll is processed in time by an outsourced accounting company, ensuring timely payment to employeesDocument and enhance existing accounting processes to streamline workflows and drive efficienciesSupport the preparation of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulationsRespond to inquiries from management and external auditors as needed.
