What You'll Do The Accountant at Trust Automation will contribute to the company's success by providing accounting support, with a focus on accuracy, analysis, and reporting. While government contract accounting experience is not required, it would be beneficial given Trust Automation's role as a government contractor.

Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial reports Support year-end audit activities Assist with compliance for government contracts and related reports Help in maintaining overhead rates and labor tables Assist in tax compliance, including preparing schedules for sales tax, quarterly estimates, and year-end reporting Collaborate with the accounting team to provide backup for different roles Provide support during the implementation of ERP systems Contribute to pricing rate calculations for new contracts Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field At least two years of professional accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and experience with ERP systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Preferred Requirements Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Familiarity with government accounting concepts like Federal Acquisition Regulations Experience in manufacturing or government contracting Physical Requirements Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person, on the telephone or virtually. Dexterity of hands, fingers, and wrist to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, or assemble/manufacture intricate items. Seeing to read a variety of materials. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Physical agility to lift 20 pounds to shoulder height. Physical agility to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Pay/Salary Information: Pay scale for this position - $68,100.00 - $80,000.00 annually
