Account Supervisor

Who we are looking for:Wunderman Thompson is looking for an Account Supervisor, responsible for all the functions of a project leader, aligning business goals with communications goals.
The Account Supervisor will also direct the daily activities of the project management team and all the tasks within the scope of the client.
What you'll do:Supervise all the projects, ensuring compliance with the deadlines, SOW, quality, and excellent client service, connecting all areas of the agency to promote teamwork.Guide the team and the daily activities.Be the point of contact for the client.
Understand client necessities and expectations, establish timelines and priorities.Trace assigned projects and supervise SLAs.Advise on project management and propose improvements.Ensure that project goals are being accomplished.Assist the business team in improving resource allocation and deliveries.What you'll need:Client-facing skills, soft skills, operational knowledge, organization, project ownership, analytical & strategic skills, teamwork, diplomacy, and communication.Understanding of different production requirements and resources needed.Knowledge of production processes and ability to define or set new ones when necessary.4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.Advanced English – fluent speaker.Bachelor's degree in any business-related field, communication, advertising, design, or business.
