Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum English Level: C2 - Fluent As the Account Operator, you will be responsible for implementing collaborative inventory intelligence workflows that transform how Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and Retailers work together. In this role, you will help reduce out-of-stocks and overstocks while optimizing overall supply chain operations. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively and deliver measurable value to customers.
Core Responsibilities: •Customer Relationship Management Proactively build relationships with customers by deeply understanding their business needs. Design proposals, deliver presentations, and manage contracts to align solutions with customer objectives.
•Inventory Intelligence Workflows Drive CPG-Retail collaboration through in-depth knowledge of inventory management processes. Offer data-driven insights and develop strategies that improve on-shelf availability.
•Project & Meeting Facilitation Lead customer meetings, establish clear action items, and set accountability measures to keep projects on track.
•Technical Coordination Collaborate with internal tech teams to define timelines, prioritize feature requests, and ensure successful product enhancements. Manage support tickets from initiation to resolution.
