BA Global Talent is seeking for an Account Manager to manage existing and new client relationships and be responsible for executing the end-to-end client recruiting process. The Account Manager will develop, retain and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of quality service and satisfaction. With this responsibility, the Account Manager will also oversee an internal recruiting team and provide consistent guidance in order to achieve recruiting success.


Responsibilities: Client ManagementManage accounts of all sizes by representing BA externally with clients and internally through recruiting team oversight.Develop a thorough understanding of the client's position in the market, their hiring needs and strategy.Manage client input to effectively launch candidate searches with detailed direction and timelines.Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming search opportunities.Prepare candidate presentations, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, perform post-interview follow-ups, as well as manage and close offers.Represent the internal recruiting team to present qualified candidates and guide them through the process.As necessary, attend tradeshows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.   Team Management and Coaching Work hand by hand with the team of Recruiters and an Account Specialist to support all search efforts.Provide the recruiting team with ample direction and support to identify a pipeline of talent for assigned roles.Execute job kick-offs, including full client download, research and direction of sourcing strategy.Direct Recruiter sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status, client feedback and upcoming client needs.Assist Recruiters in candidate review before client submittal, as needed.Provide information to the Recruiter and/or Candidate as it relates to interview preparation, client feedback, reference checks and offers.Advise on job description posting priorities. Account Retention and Growth Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities.In conjunction with the team, ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.As needed, present proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new client prospects. Experience: Bachelor's degree required.Experience in a Project Management or Account Management function.Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels. (C-Level down to entry-level support roles)Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.Experience in a recruiting firm/staffing firm is a plus.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.Experience with Freshteam ATS is a plus.Complete additional tasks and projects as needed for the betterment of BA. BA Global Talent is actively seeking dynamic, dedicated, and resilient individuals to join our esteemed team!
