What the role entails: Some of the key responsibilities of our Account Manager will be: Drive customer performance and maximise revenue through targeted marketing, promotional and commercial activities Work closely and be proactive with your customers to set a roadmap that correlates with the company's overall business and development plan Track and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns, monitoring key KPIs to identify and address any improvements or challenges Serve as a primary source of information for customers on company products, services, systems and updates.
Overseeing that product offers, contracts; and business models are adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
Liaise between customer and internal cross-functional departments ensuring successful deliverables Report KPI's, metrics and status reports to management Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory landscape, competitors products and pricing Contribute actively to the Account Management team, adding valuable insights on daily operations and contribute to an open, collaborative and creative work environment As an?Account?Manager, you will be the main link between our customers and Play'n GO.
All communication with customers is handled by you, and it is always the goal of the?account?manager to improve the relationship with customers and to create a stronger bond towards us as a brand and company.
What we ask of you: Account Management experience with detailed knowledge of the online gaming market and slots in particular Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail and very organized Ability to prioritise, balance and work independently Strong analysis and decision-making skills with an understanding of regulatory challenges and complexities Problem-solving and a can-do attitude Experience working with regulated markets is considered as a huge plus Be willing to travel internationally in line with business needs Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
Additional language/-s are good assets Preferences: Preferably 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role What's in it for you?
