Account Manager (Southern Virginia) Remote | Must be located in Southern Virginia - 100% Local Travel Summary Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their sales team in Southern Virginia!
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales growth and customer success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, understand what it takes to be a "Hunter," have exceptional communication skills, and have a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction Educate clients on products and solutions, including conducting product demonstrations at trade shows and client meetings Conduct market research and manage territory to identify growth opportunities Provide in-service training and ongoing support to customers Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and support customer success Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to resolve post-sale customer issues Track, report, and manage sales data in an organized and efficient timeframe Requirements 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the medical aesthetics field A Bachelors degree is required; however, 2+ additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating high-quality leads Strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience Practical communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing and reporting sales activities Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to honesty and professional growth Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required Education/Certification Requirements A Bachelors degree is required; however, 2+ additional years of sales experience within the medical technology field can be substituted in place of a degree Preferred Requirements 2+ years of direct medical laser, B2B sales experience, plus capital equipment sales experience is preferred but not required Compensation Notice Compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and qualifications.
