Are you a master at building client relationships and delivering marketing results? We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. As the go-to contact for our clients, you'll drive their success through strategic insights and collaboration with internal teams.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Understand client goals and work with teams like media buying and creative to deliver.Provide regular performance updates, reports, and actionable insights.Troubleshoot client concerns and offer tailored marketing solutions.Stay on top of marketing trends to deliver strategic advice and help clients grow.Ensure projects are on track, on time, and meet or exceed client expectations.Spot opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Proven experience in account management (agency experience preferred).Solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized.Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering solutions.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Must be available to work in US-based time zones.Your Perks: What's in it for you Working completely remote.Location independence.15 Paid leave days.Quarterly bonus.Yearly salary increase policy (based on performance).Long-term position with the opportunity to grow in a stable and growing Agency.Great opportunity to grow.You'll be joining a high-level and fast-paced team.Why Adaptive Teams?
