The Account Manager, RFP Writer, and Contract Management role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer relations, proposal writing, and contract management to support business growth and efficient operations.
This position involves working closely with clients to identify needs, crafting effective responses to requests for proposals, and ensuring contract compliance, thereby promoting long-term satisfaction and development.
Responsibilities :
- Track and analyze customer performance to identify and address any issues affecting service delivery.
- Provide quarterly performance reports to major customers, detailing key metrics and progress.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new contracts,
ensuring smooth integration of services.
- Identify additional users within existing contracts, expanding service usage and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote long-term satisfaction and business growth.
RFP Writer :
- Monitor Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to create compelling responses to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Track all proposals and submissions in the CRM, maintaining clear records for follow-up and status updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required information and ensure timely submissions.
Contract Management :
- Assist with invoicing tasks as needed, especially during busy periods, twice a month.
- Support with contract paperwork, including processing inbound sales quotes and managing documentation.
- Ensure contract compliance, maintaining organized records and assisting with any updates or renewals.
