Implement sales strategies for Shale to develop the oil & gas business in that region. Penetrate new accounts not doing business with Emerson today, or expand the business where there are significant white spaces for key business units. Establish industry credibility and high level relationships with End Users, Operators and EPCs. Connecting with account leaders in Argentina and with global accounts and project teams.
In this role, your responsibilities will be: Achieve the sales quotas and develop the territory. Supply to the customers in order to develop their dedication and assure their happiness. Represent the assigned BU in Neuquén Area to support Customer operations in both Conventional and non-Conventional O&G Areas. Supervise all main projects by getting involved in the project pursuit activities. They must be capable of talking to any customer on all the Emerson Process Management product portfolio. Work together with the other areas to ensure excellence in operations thru coordination with execution team, logistics and finance. Must participate in local O&G associations and activities (i.e. IAPG Neuquén) and engage with high level management. Perform face-to-face contact with key customers for building a positive relationship; get key early sales related information, get account organizations understanding and intelligence activities to know in advance its concerns, plans and purchasing criteria. With developed relationships, early engage in capital projects and operational efficiency initiatives. Formulate a clear strategy and map daring steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. For this role, you will need: Position requires strong leadership and Sales Management abilities. Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in instrumentation, valves and process control. Experience leading sales efforts, projects, strategies implementation, closing alliances or agreements. Availability to travel constantly, visiting clients and oilfields, seeking out new business while maintaining and growing on existing business. Proficient in English and Spanish. Preferred qualifications that set you apart: Preferred 5 plus years in sales. Preferred working experience with O&G Operators and/or Engineering Contractors.
