This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role. What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)Cultivate relationships and engage with new and existing clients to sell our Enterprise Products: Azul Platform Core and Azul Platform PrimeProspect and work closely with Lead Development Reps to foster new opportunitiesBuild a 3X quota pipelineConsistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basisWin competitive deals working closely with our local Sales EngineerWhat You'll Bring (aka Experience, Skills, Education)Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience10+ years of proven experience selling Enterprise Applications or DevOps in the TOLA/Midwest region of the US.Experience selling both entry-level deals ($50K) and 7-figure dealsConsistently overachieving, top of your class, and proven historical incomeExperience with Open source and the Java community a plusExperience with middleware, big data (Cassandra, Hadoop) and search (SOLR, Elastic) a plusLocation: anywhere in the following locations: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, TexasWhat we Offer · Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages
