The Role We're looking for an Account Executive to join our London team and drive revenue through both inbound and outbound efforts.
This is an end-to-end sales role, where you will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated by Marketing, as well as prospecting and nurturing key accounts.
You'll handle the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing deals.
If you have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, are eager to learn, and want to hone your skills in a high-growth environment, this role is perfect for you.
You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams, leveraging the tools and training you need to be successful in your role.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Management : Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery and demo calls.
Provide timely and valuable follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.
Outbound Prospecting : Actively prospect and engage key accounts through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and direct mail campaigns.
Nurture these accounts and tailor outreach based on activity, such as content downloads and event participation.
Pipeline Management : Own and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in our CRM (Salesforce).
Follow-up & Renurturing : Rebook missed calls, follow up on demo requests, and re-engage lapsed deals where appropriate.
Work closely with Marketing to identify prospects showing intent.
CRM & Outreach Tools : Leverage tools like Amplemarket, G2 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage prospects.
Ensure information is updated in Salesforce accordingly.
What We're Looking For 1-2 years of sales experience in a tech or B2B sales environment.
Experience managing inbound and outbound efforts, with a focus on nurturing key accounts.
Confidence in conducting discovery calls and product demos, managing the full sales cycle.
Strong communication and follow-up skills, with a proactive and driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
