Job DescriptionBe the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client´s needsStrategic plan to improve client resultsNegotiate contracts with client and establish the timeline of performanceCollaborate with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationship, maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-sellingManage communications between clients and internal teamsWork with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc) dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality delivery and that all client needs are metPlan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingResolve client issues and complaintsAnalyze client data to provide customer relationship management insightsEnsure our solutions are successfully delivered on time and according to our customer needs and objectivesKeep current clients satisfied, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisQualificationsEducation: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on Social Sciences, Marketing or Business AdministrationAt least 4 years of experience in market research industryPresentation skillsKnowledge and understanding of market trends and changing customer needs.Organizational skillsDesirable knowledge of CRM Systems.Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing.Knowledge of English or other languages (desirable).Knowledge of customer reaching platforms such as LinkedIn or Hubspot (desirable)Additional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
