Objective of job
Overall responsible for accident and parts trading business of the Van team.
Task description Overall accident business management and sales target achievement (revenue, renewal rate, etc.)
• Regular sales monitor and analysis, work closely with regions/dealer groups to find out the root cause, coordinate resource and make improvement and action plan.
• Provide data analysis and management report.Monitor and master industry policies and develop business focus direction
• Understand and share accident and insurance policies in time.
• Define and update business KPI and reporting structure.
• Design and launch accident business dealer commercial policy, such as PVM, big accident policy.Product management and sales steering
• Responsible for new product design, sales steering and operation.
• Work with insurance companies and other departments to promote insurance business.Projects and Promotion management
• Design and organize dealer competence improvement program/coaching/training such as renewal program, dealer renewal staff training, etc.
• Design and organize dealer workshop, promotion to steer business.Parts Trading business steering
• Set up targets and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Complete data analysis and regular report to steer sales.
• New parts trading dealer set up, dealer management and communication.

This is a limited term position with a 2-year fixed employment contract.
Qualifications Education
Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering with relevant majors. Automotive industry experience with retail or wholesale is preferred.
Experience
• Around 5 years of experience in an automotive business environment, Top 3 insurance company/dealer group with auto insurance experience is preferred.
• Good strategic thinking and personnel management skills as well as good communication, presentation, computer, and customer relations skills.
Specific Knowledge
• Automotive aftersales accident business management experience (specific knowledge of insurance experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of after-sales parts/service business.
• Well organized, logical thinker with attention to detail, good at concept development.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Chinese and English.
• Innovative thinking with experience in digital transformation and data-driven retail.
• Positive, proactive, self-motivated attitude coupled with good time management, pressure management, and conflict resolution skills.
