The Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of 180 - 200 properties
- Leasing & Junior for support
- No leasing
- Support for ingoings, outgoings, routines
- Sending out notices to tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners and tenants
- Managing rental arrears
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Issuing breach notices as required
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing a rental portfolio
- Holds a Valid Certificate of Registration (Essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Strong maturity
- The ability to work in a team
