Purpose of the role: As a 3D and Motion Graphics Designer, you will work on renowned brands, creating high-quality designs and animations across multiple consumer touchpoints.
This role focuses on translating key visuals into various formats, ensuring design consistency, and maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborating with the Traffic Manager and other team members, you will handle new and adaptation artwork, including 3D models, motion graphics, and multimedia content for digital and print media.
Key responsibilities: • Design and Adaptation: o Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp for product displays, POS materials, and layouts.
o Create motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects for video campaigns and digital marketing.
o Translate and adapt master key visuals into diverse formats and dimensions for various platforms.
• Quality Control and File Management: o Generate press-ready artwork, ensuring error-free, high-quality output that meets industry standards.
o Maintain organized project files, adhering to file management protocols for design assets.
o Ensure all designs and final artworks comply with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration and Coordination: o Work closely with the Traffic Manager to execute and deliver designs on time.
o Partner with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all feedback is incorporated effectively.
o Support and collaborate with other team members in studio operations, ensuring consistency and quality in outputs.
• Digital and Print Expertise: o Develop content for multiple channels, including POS, signage, brochures, digital ads, and emailers.
o Manage multi-channel production processes and pre-flighting for print and digital media.
• Innovation and Value Addition: o Provide creative design solutions to overcome challenges and optimize consumer engagement.
o Actively contribute to team brainstorming and process improvement initiatives.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
Extensive industry experience with a strong design portfolio Software Proficiency:o Strong skills in SketchUp and Adobe After Effects.
o Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Excellent typographic, layout, and visual design skills.
Strong understanding of production processes, including pre-flighting and color management.
Knowledge of multimedia and digital content creation is preferred Mindset to navigate the role: Being meticulous, and have a keen eye for detail, setting very high personal standard.
