The Graduate will be part of Client Group Team in order to improve customer service, broaden the base of clients and increase the FUM. The aim is to provide support to sales colleagues in all aspects, ensuring that any information provided to clients on products and services is clear and useful. The role also requires familiarity with the team's current procedures, regulatory framework, and financial skills.

What you'll do Learning about Schroders' products and services to effectively promote and explain them to clients.Resolution of enquiries from clients and distributors.Conducting market research to identify potential clients and prospects.Assisting senior sales professionals in preparing presentations and pitches for client meetings.Participating in meetings and calls with clients to gather information about their investment needs and objectives.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborating with the marketing team to develop client communications and materials.Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for 2025 graduate ideally with a degree in Economics.Working knowledge of financial markets and concepts.Proficient in Office Suite.What you'll be like
It is expected that after an induction process in the company and in his/her role, he/she will be able to perform daily tasks in a regular and systematic manner. They would also be expected to seek assistance for anything very complex or out of the ordinary. As a Graduate, you must possess good interpersonal and written skills, and have the ability to explain relatively involved concepts in a clear and concise manner to others within the organization. You will have regular and routine contact with colleagues, clients, and others external to Schroders. This may involve routine information exchange, assisting others in activities such as selling, maintaining client/supplier relationships.
