About The Role As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier Engineering, Product, and Design talent to fuel our product company's growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and executives to develop strategic sourcing plans, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber candidate pipeline.
Your expertise in technical talent acquisition will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts and fostering a culture of excellence.You'll be tasked with coming up with creative approaches to fuel the recruiting pipeline and support multiple stakeholders to make timely, quality hires as a trusted partner with an informed perspective on the market.
Our Talent Sourcer holds the keys to our success - you will be an essential and integral team member to the team's ability to meet and exceed our hiring metrics and expectations. You'll use data and creativity to develop targeted recruiting strategies and partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers.
This position reports directly to the Global Technical Manager and will be based in Argentina. This is a 6-month contract with immediate joining. What you'll do Design top-of-funnel strategy alongside recruiters and hiring teams, serving as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and on creative sourcing techniquesLeverage market research to understand where external talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute on diversity sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent poolsTargeted recruiting approaches, Screen resumes to determine eligibility; assess talent beyond matching keywords on a resumeBe a subject matter expert in your area of focus by regularly tracking and analyzing pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders external trendsBecome a talent advisor by developing relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams, in partnering with them to advocate for their needs through bold and empathic recommendationsA champion for candidate and hiring manager experience focused on a high touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful connections during the recruitment journeySkills you'll bring +5 years of comprehensive sourcing and recruiting experience, specializing in Engineering, Product, and Design roles for high-growth technology companies across various regions, including Latin America and North America.Solid understanding of the opportunities and challenges in building a diverse talent pool and the tenacity needed to overcome those obstacles and challengesAbility to effectively network & build relationships inside and outside the organizationExperience with GEM& Greenhouse is a plusAbility to prioritize multiple hiring and recruiting managers, priorities, rolesExperience researching, building, and driving strategic plansExperience using data analytics and metrics for reporting, sharings insights and trendsMaintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment while demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountabilityBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceTools and Platforms: Greenhouse ATS , Linkedin, Hired, Gem, G-Suite Culture
