About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for a skilled IT Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize vendor costs for our managed service offerings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost efficiencies while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
How You Will Make An Impact Vendor Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendorsServe as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, escalations, and issue resolution.Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with company objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).Continuous Improvement:Analyze vendor contracts and agreements to identify cost savings and efficiency improvement opportunities.Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve optimal cost structures while maintaining service quality.Monitor vendor performance and expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial targets.Contract Management:Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and renewal processes.
Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.Ensure contracts are accurately documented, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsInvoice Management:Oversee the end-to-end invoice management process, including receipt, verification, and approval.Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment of invoices.Address discrepancies or issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to track vendor performance and financial metrics.Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into vendor costs, usage, efficiency gains, and performance improvements.Present data-driven findings to senior management and stakeholders.Vendor Performance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance, usage, and service quality.Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, contracts, and services.Develop & Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions to operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and operations teams, to align vendor management strategies with business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on vendor performance, cost trends, and strategic initiatives.Solicit feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Will Bring To The Table Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.Proven 8 - 12 years of experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization within the IT or technology industry (preferably Managed Services).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in driving cost savings while maintaining service quality.Familiarity with IT services and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and software licensing.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
