As an Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable functions, with a special focus on customer onboarding, billing, and collections management. Y
Key Responsibilities: Participate in the customer onboarding process by ensuring timely setup and accurate billing informationGenerate and send accurate and timely invoices to customersCollaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiriesMonitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue accountsPrepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategiesCommunicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issuesWork closely with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes and improve collection efficiencyMaintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and updates in the accounting systemQualifications:
