Description
Lead to maintain digital sales KPIs and develop eCommerce strategy for dealers to actively utilize eCommerce platform as an additional sales channel.
Lead to develop online exclusive activities to generate organic customers aligned with respective team with proactive communication.
Lead to steer dealers with continuous alignment & communications based on dealer margin target
Optimization and digitalization of online sales processes with customer-centric mindset.
1. eCommerce operations
•Manage digital sales KPIs (NCOS/UCOS/Online stock) and develop strategy utilizing SFDC eCommerce leads
•Manage/Operate online exclusive campaign and promotion proactively aligned with respective team (PR, Marketing, PPS & Sales team)
•Manage/Run and Operate HQ driven digital platform with strategic direction to be operated with efficiency and effectiveness
•Develop strategy for seamless process through eCommerce platform and design integration from "As-Is" to "To-Be" systems and processes towards seamless sales process accordingly – co-working with eCommerce Rollout Teams.
•Ensure dealers are fully engaged with commitment and complete alignment between MBK and all dealers
•Develop and manage new strategic initiatives to overcome executional challenges to result in enhancement of dealer's competency for healthy growth based on HQ-driven digital platform
•Develop optimised digital platform with localized concept based on BUs & dealer's requirements in coordination with the Rollout Teams.
•Support operations/run of Digital platforms in terms of Incident, Problem and Change management
•Coordinate with relevant Business Units for new change requests across all functions
•Coordinate with CRM team in order to ensure that customer journey interactions are adapted to digital platform business processes
•Conduct change management for digital tools and process`
•Comprehensive analysis phase covering digital platform tasks and functions with KPI
•Coordinate with IT/Rollout Teams to resolve technical incidents and remove the root cause of the issues – where applicable
2. Dealer Management and Communication
•Steering dealers with dealer KPIs (Variable bonus scheme, dealer awards, etc.)
•Coordinate with Dealers for required communication sessions with dealer management and employees
•Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, PPS teams for aligning online and offline initiatives
•Arrange business workshops, working discussion session with dealers.
•Design of a process to ensure the sharing of best practices within the retail network
•Develop dealer distribution materials (when necessary)
3. Business Partner alignment and communication
•Coordinate with external agencies for digital dealer initiative execution and in-depth analysis
•HQ/Region, CoC : periodic/ adhoc communications for alignment and problem solving
•Internal teams (Sales/ Marketing/ CCC/ relevant teams)
•Steering Agency and suppliers
•Work with external/internal organizations for digital dealer solutions improvement
Qualifications
Education
4 year university graduate
Bachelor's degree in business administration/automotive related majors preferred
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business area
Specific knowledge
Strong operational skill with attention to details
Good at playing with numbers and statistics with strong OA(MS Excel) skill
Excellent communitation skill both Korean andEnglish (verbal, written and presentation)
