Ryz Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst / Analytic Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and leverage data to drive business insights and decisions. This role involves building and maintaining data curation pipelines, developing analytics dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analyses to meet the evolving needs of our business. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative related field - Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis - Strong experience with data visualization tools and techniques - Hands-on experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, preferably using AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue) - Familiarity with AWS QuickSight or similar BI tools for creating dashboards and reports - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with data modeling and ETL processes - Previous experience in a similar analyst or engineering role, working directly with business stakeholders - AWS certifications or other professional certifications related to data analysis or cloud computing Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements for data analysis and reporting - Design, implement, and maintain data curation pipelines using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, and Glue - Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight to visualize key business metrics - Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to support business objectives - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures throughout the data lifecycle - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in data analysis and reporting, recommending improvements to processes and technologies as needed.
