Key Responsibilities: Utilising the resources in the workshop to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives without compromising the quality of the work produced, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer experience.Ensuring effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.Ensuring appropriate resource management overseeing the workflow through the workshop to achieve the highest levels of productivity, efficiency and utilisation.Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!Qualifications: Previous experience of working within a main-dealer workshop or Aftersales environment.A solid understanding of the technical requirements needed to manage a team of technicians to deliver high standards of workmanship.A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.A good working knowledge of DVSA regulations and manufacturer's warranty procedures.An NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair would be advantageous but not essential.Proven experience in leading and managing successful teams to achieve results.Excellent organisational skills with a logical and methodical approach.Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.Why join JCT600 and what is in it for you?
