Collections is a vital part of our overall leasing and financing operation. By driving down unpaid invoices at an early stage by opening up a direct dialogue with our customers for finding sustainable solutions, we can allow them to minimize the financial consequences of their delinquencies and ultimately, to keep their vehicles on the road. To establish and maintain such a direct dialogue and to subsequently find and offer the most optimal sustainable solutions requires great skill. By that, collections is an ideal growth path for those already excelling in a customer service environments and having a strong drive to further improve their conversation and negotiation skills.
Within a team of 18 passionate, talented and driven professionals, you take on the challenge to deal with customers being delinquent on their lease(s) in the most optimal and sustainable fashion. Together with your colleagues, you yourselves organize every day in a highly self-sufficient way. We frequently realign between the priorities and needs that appear during the week. As we are a multinational and multilingual team, our team language is English.

Your daily tasks will be:
Reaching out to delinquent customers using SMS and email Finding the most optimal way to convey the message and persuading the customer by applying your conversation and negotiation skills and innovative approach Conduct extensive research both online and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached Managing the Collections mailbox In charge of closing Oracle Service Requests Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Milton Keynes In charge of checking our customers monthly tailored repayment plans Qualifications Studies in the field of economics or law or languages studies Very good communication skills and proficiency in English More than anything, we need you to be highly driven with a strong learning ability and to have a strong urge to attain the very best results and continuously improve yourself Knowledge of collections will be considered as a plus Driven to win Driven to continuously improve Perseverance Excellent teamwork skills Reliable and self-reliant way of working German knowledge will be considered a plus Additional information:
