Core Objectives (Including but Not Limited To):
- Localizing global solutions for rapid adoption in the LATAM region.
- Employing user-centered discovery to define commercialization strategies, including the sale of flagship, core, and bundled packages.
- Enhancing customer sentiment as measured by NPS surveys.
- Elevating the client lifecycle, including optimizing internal operations such as usage and billing reporting to minimize churn.
- Modernizing our products and services for more effective sales and consultations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a UX-related field.
- Proficiency in solving complex problems, especially within data-rich user interfaces.
- An online portfolio demonstrating:
- Exceptional functional expertise and a profound understanding of modern UX trends.
- Proficiency in effective storytelling, using a combination of words and visuals to convey your ideas.
- A deep commitment to understanding user motivations.
