Horizons is looking for a UX Designer with solid experience in UX Design to join one of our international clients, a US-based SaaS company in the healthcare industry.
This position will play a key role within the design team collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers to bring your concepts to life.
You'll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to shape intuitive designs, stay at the forefront of UX trends and make a real impact on the business success.
Contract Location Permanent contract Full-remote work collaborating with Design team in US.
Key Responsibilities Wire-framing Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts.
User Research Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing clear specifications and supporting the development process.
Design Strategy: Contribute to the overall design strategy and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive user experience and a strategy that drives business KPIs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.
Qualification Work Experience Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Figma for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Specialised Knowledge: Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing and tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and where and how design plays a role.
